Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are made to order in small batches, we are unable to accept returns for refunds at this time.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges for the same item under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Exchanges are for the same design only, in a different size (subject to availability)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the exchanged item is ready, we will ship it to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a resolution at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, seasonal drops, and custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Time

Once your exchange is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before the replacement ships.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
